Delivery / Collection Service Information

Here at Premier Timber we offer a delivery and collection service online and in store.

Deliveries,

Same Day delivery if placed before 12.00pm (Stock and delivery slot availability restrictions apply)

Delivery days can be selected Monday - Saturday and will be delivered Between the hours of 7.30am - 5.00pm on weekdays & on Saturday 7.30am - 1.00pm. We are unable to give timeslots on the day for deliveries but will do our best to accommodate A.M / P.M best we can. Our drivers can also call ahead of time if requested.

As of the 2nd of January 2026 the minimum order value for free delivery is £150 Inc VAT. Any orders below this will incur a £6  Inc VAT delivery Fee on the Isle of Sheppey, £12  Inc VAT   delivery fee to Iwade, Sittingbourne, Kemsley, Milton, Murston, Tonge, Newington, Borden, Teynham, Gillingham,  Lynsted & Faversham.

Deliveries further afield but still within an ME, TN, DA OR CT Postcode will be £25 Inc VAT regardless of order value. Deliveries into SE London will be £35  Inc VAT.

Deliveries will arrive on 3.5t - 7.5t vehicles and our drivers will always do their very best to deliver items to a convenient place for our customers when safe to do so.

Collections,
Collections from store can be ordered over the phone or online and be ready to collect from 1 Hour (Availability & restrictions apply). Timeslots are also available to select online.
